Our first meeting and picnic was held at the home of former adviser Dr. Ronald Young. At the event we elected our nominations for homecoming king and queen. The Executive Vice President told us about the Faculty/Staff Apprecation Dinner to be held in November, and our President reported on the Mortar Board National Conference which was held in Columbus, Ohio in July. At the conference our chapter received awards for eight of our projects!
