New Member Initiation

One of the most memorable experiences as a member is Mortar Board Initiation. The event highlights each new member’s achievements of scholarship, leadership, and service, while also congratulating them on their acceptance into Mortar Board in front of family, friends, and loved ones. Initiation provides new members with the opportunity to stand proud amongst their peers as San Diego State University’s most intelligent and driven young leaders.
